Responsibilities

• Comply with Medartis' Quality System procedures, work instructions, and business policies.
• Inspect product according to defined and approved requirements.
• Complete documentation according to established policies and procedures.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming product, and promptly report problems or discrepancies to supervision.
• Utilize measurement equipment such as CMM, Keyence, Micro Vu, comparators, micrometers, calipers, and functional gauges for completion of inspections.
• Complete rigorous cosmetic inspection using microscopes.
• Maintain effective working relations, communications, and feedback with all other departments.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand complex written, oral, and pictorial instructions to perform usual responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to read micrometers, calipers, Micro Vu, comparators, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical device is beneficial.
• Ability to work with little direct supervision.
