Responsibilities
- Comply with Medartis' Quality System procedures, work instructions, and business policies.
- Inspect product according to defined and approved requirements.
- Complete documentation according to established policies and procedures.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming product, and promptly report problems or discrepancies to supervision.
- Utilize measurement equipment such as CMM, Keyence, Micro Vu, comparators, micrometers, calipers, and functional gauges for completion of inspections.
- Complete rigorous cosmetic inspection using microscopes.
- Maintain effective working relations, communications, and feedback with all other departments.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to understand complex written, oral, and pictorial instructions to perform usual responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to read micrometers, calipers, Micro Vu, comparators, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical device is beneficial.
- Ability to work with little direct supervision.
