Quality Inspector

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with Electronic and/or mechanical components.
• Ability to use calibrated inspection tools and equipment.
• US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Desired Skills

• Associate Degree.
• Nonconformance reporting (Is and Should be).
• Familiarity in interpretation of engineering drawings & specifications.
• Knowledge of GD&TS.
• AAP proficient.
• Familiarity with industry standards (AS9100, ISO9001, MIL-STD-882, etc.).
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Clear verbal, and written reporting (NCR, work order notes).
• Cross functional collaboration (able to work with production, engineering and supply chain).
• Safety and compliance (lockout/tagout, PPE, and Hazardous material handling).
