About the role

The Quality Inspector ensures circuit cards, electronic components, and electro-mechanical components are manufactured correctly and functioning properly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect circuit cards, electronic, and electro-mechanical components per drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
• Prepare and upload results of test and inspection.
• Utilize ERP system.
• Maintain organized work area.
• Perform other various types of inspection as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized or trades training desirable.
• Minimum 3 years' experience inspecting electronic parts, assemblies, and circuit boards.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, written work instructions, and drawings.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Excel.
• Capable of performing inspection operations utilizing a microscope for the majority of the workday.
• Experience in cleanroom, ESD, and FOD controlled areas.
• Excellent vision, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and sit/stand for extended periods.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electronics assembly experience.
• 5+ years' experience inspecting electronic parts, assemblies, and circuit boards.
• IPC 610/620/J-STD Certification.

Pay

Salary range for this role in New Jersey is $23.00 - $40.00 hourly. Final offer may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal consistency.
