Quality Inspector

About the role

This role involves inspecting machined work pieces, interpreting and following inspection instructions, and performing various quality control tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications
• Measure dimensions using precision instruments
• Locate reference points and measure angles, arcs, and radii
• Complete inspection forms and reports
• Perform airflow tests on incoming and final parts
• Perform X-ray operations on incoming in-process production parts
• Perform other similar duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

• High School Diploma and at least 6 months of manufacturing experience in machine operation and/or quality
• U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual status
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10pm-6am)
• Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work overtime as required, including occasional weekend shifts
• Willingness to wear personal protective equipment

• Able to work with computerized shop floor tools

Pay

The pay for this position is $23/hr. to $26/hr. plus 10% shift differential.

Schedule

This role requires working 3rd shift (10pm-6am).
