Quality Inspector
About the role
As a Quality Analyst, you will help support quality standards across production processes by reviewing workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping teams deliver consistent, accurate results. In this role, you will work closely with partners across the production environment to promote efficiency, support operational excellence, and help ensure work meets established quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform all delegated quality tasks, including assigning audit coverage where applicable
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain high standards of quality
- Perform all difficult and complex inspection, audit, and verification duties on card output — including embossing
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline production tasks
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in production environments
- Any combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
- 1 year of Quality Control experience
Qualifications
A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience.
Skills
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement.
