Quality Inspector

About the role

BHS Corrugated is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in Knoxville. In this role, you'll inspect precision-machined corrugating rolls and cassettes throughout the manufacturing process to ensure every product meets our high quality standards before it reaches our customers. What You'll Do

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured components
• Verify dimensions, tolerances, and overall product quality using precision measuring equipment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Document inspection results and communicate quality issues to production
• Identify non-conforming parts and support corrective actions
• Help ensure products meet BHS quality standards before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings (GD&T experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
