Responsibilities
- Stationed at the end of each production line, ensuring compliance with production and AAMA labels.
- Inspect windows for model, size, and product options, including hardware, glass, grids, etc.
- Sign off compliant windows and move them to Shipping.
- Report noncompliance immediately to the line Supervisor and Quality Auditor.
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as housekeeping and cross-training.
Requirements
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and motivated to become proficient across multiple areas of operations.
- Strong attention to detail and willing to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to communicate clearly with all team members and read/write English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- Willing to collaborate with a variety of different people and roles.
- Committed to cross-training, learning, and developing skills further.
Qualifications
- Physical fitness to include standing, walking, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing various movements.
- Ability to work in different temperature-controlled environments.
- Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
