Schedule

This position is onsite in Groveport, OH with a 1st shift schedule: Sun-Thursday, with flexibility for longer hours based on business and peak needs.

• Sunday: 6AM-2:30PM
• Monday: 7AM-5:30PM
• Tuesday–Thursday: Start times vary depending on volumes (8-hour day).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and document proper line set-up, in-process assembly, and line clearance for each assembly, rework, and returned process to ensure GMP requirements and client expectations are met.
• Pre-startup inspection.
• In-process inspection.
• Finished pallet inspection.
• Identify non-conforming materials and notify leads.
• Line clearance verification.
• Return product inspection prior to release back to inventory.
• Perform all duties safely in accordance with company safety policies.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with statistical data and identify inconsistencies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to use measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read orders and follow verbal/written instructions.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English; bilingual skills are helpful.
• Good documentation and recordkeeping practices.
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficient in use of mainframe systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and Access software is a plus.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Able to withstand constant physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
• Able to be on your feet all day.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on occasion (e.g., document boxes, files, binders).
• Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
• Able to work overtime.
• Constant exposure to adverse conditions such as dust, noise, fumes, weather, poor lighting, or heavy machinery/equipment.
