About the role
Work just 3 days a week — and enjoy a 4-day weekend every week. This position follows a Monday – Wednesday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule, giving you full-time hours in three days and four consecutive days off to recharge, spend time with family, or pursue what matters most to you. Responsibilities
- Inspect PCB assemblies, subassemblies, and box-build products for compliance with IPC-A-610 and customer requirements
- Perform SMT, through-hole, modification, final, and rework inspections as required
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and job travelers to verify product conformance
- Utilize inspection tools including AOI, magnification lamps, microscopes, and other visual inspection equipment
- Accurately document inspection results using daily inspection sheets or FactoryLogix
- Communicate inspection findings and quality concerns to Engineering, Quality, Production, and leadership
- Provide real-time feedback to production personnel to support corrective action and defect prevention
- Train and mentor Quality Inspector I & II team members on inspection techniques, standards, and procedures
- Participate in internal quality audits, Lean initiatives, and daily pass-down meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Electronics or related field, OR a minimum of 5 years of quality inspection experience in electronics manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate product quality against written documentation
- Basic computer skills including data entry; experience with FactoryLogix a plus
- Basic math skills and ability to interpret charts, graphs, and performance data
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Qualifications
- IPC-A-610 certification required (must be obtained within one year of hire; in-house training provided)
- Milwaukee Electronics Component Identification course (must be completed within one year of hire; in-house training provided)

Physical Requirements
