We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Inspection Technician to join our team at ONICON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials and maintaining the inspection program. This position performs dimensional and visual inspections; documents results; identifies nonconforming products; and supports corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, thread gauges, and other measurement equipment.
- Check machined parts for critical dimensions, tolerances, threads, surface finish, burrs, damage, cleanliness, and workmanship
- Review and maintain material certifications, certificates of conformance, test reports, and any other supporting documentation.
- Follow established sampling plans.
- Record inspection results accurately.
