Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs quality testing on fabricated structures to ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions.
- Documents results of inspections and quality tests in accordance with established procedures.
- Communicates test results to relevant internal and external parties.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills across multiple business units and with external entities.
- Basic proficiency in using a tape measure.
- Understanding and compliance with all quality processes and procedures.
- Ability to learn and become a Certified Welding Instructor.
- Ability to learn and become certified in Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing.
- Ability to learn quality programs and serve as a resource to others.
- Ability to train and mentor others.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $31 – $39 per hour.
