Responsibilities
- Data Management and Accuracy: Proficient in collecting, entering, and managing data for timely submission, ensuring reports meet quality and compliance standards.
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving: Skilled in conducting thorough analyses to identify root causes, assess corrective actions, and drive improvements in quality processes.
- Policy and Procedure Expertise: Acts as a knowledgeable resource for quality functions, including grievances, appeals, and facility standards, guiding team members on accurate application.
- Attention to Detail: Executes and completes tasks related to quality improvement activities with precision, ensuring a high level of accuracy in all areas.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effectively collaborates within QI Program Committees, actively participating and contributing valuable insights while maintaining detailed records, such as meeting minutes.
- Analytical Reporting: Identifies and communicates deficiencies, anomalies, and trends found during quality activities, providing data-driven insights to support continuous improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Supports audit preparation and compliance efforts, ensuring successful outcomes for state and federal audits and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Commitment to Quality and Standards: Diligently collects and submits data for regulatory bodies and associations, reflecting a dedication to high standards and excellence in participant care.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in Quality Improvement/Assurance: 4+ years of demonstrated experience as a quality improvement or quality assurance coordinator is required, ideally within a healthcare setting.
- BILINGUAL: Must be bilingual in English/Spanish (test will be administered to assess proficiency).
- Healthcare Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare compliance, especially in PACE programs, as well as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
- Self-Motivated and Adaptable: A highly motivated, self-directed professional who can confidently execute tasks in a dynamic environment, make sound decisions under pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong Multi-tasking and Prioritization Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and balance competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Early-Stage Company Experience: Prior experience working in early-stage or rapidly growing companies is advantageous.
- PACE Program Experience: Experience within a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) setting is highly valued.
