Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years’ experience in quality improvement or other related social services field
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with traveling throughout the Area within the field
  • Certified Investigator within the first 90 days
  • Strong understanding of BDDS, Community living supports, behavioral health, CIH/FSW services (Legacy Waiver homes) supportive regulations and the IDD population
  • Knowledge in risk management, risk analysis, and quality improvement
  • Ability to provide effective education and training to staff
