Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years’ experience in quality improvement or other related social services field
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
Requirements
- Must be comfortable with traveling throughout the Area within the field
- Certified Investigator within the first 90 days
- Strong understanding of BDDS, Community living supports, behavioral health, CIH/FSW services (Legacy Waiver homes) supportive regulations and the IDD population
- Knowledge in risk management, risk analysis, and quality improvement
- Ability to provide effective education and training to staff
