About the role

Responsibilities
- Support multiple small-scale projects aimed at improving everyday workflows and operations.
- Review and evaluate tools and items such as household products, AEDs, and security-related materials.
- Work with cross-functional teams and independently to dig into the “why” behind procedures and systems.
- Learn to collect, interpret, and apply data to help guide organizational decisions.
- Gain insight into practical applications of QI principles in a professional setting.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in social work, psychology, legal studies, math, clinical fields, or a related area.
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and comfort working independently.
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm).
- A curious nature and interest in understanding systems and improving them.
