Responsibilities
- Conduct management reviews of the Quality System
- Responds to customer inquiries and complaints and provide solutions
- Prepares and leads organization for ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 audits
- Provides leadership oversight and governance for site-level HSE programs, ensuring effective execution by the HSE Officer and site leadership team
- Ensures effective site-level review and analysis of HSE performance indicators to identify trends, prioritize risks, and support informed leadership decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years in quality management
- Familiarity with 8D, FMEA, ISO standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- General demonstrated knowledge of OSHA General Industry Standards
