Join an innovative team at the forefront of EV manufacturing as a hands-on Quality Technician focused on GA/Chassis/Battery systems. This role ensures the quality, safety, and performance of cutting-edge electric vehicle systems in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections on vehicles to ensure compliance with standards.
- Implement quality control measures to improve production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
- Prepare test data and identify areas for quality control improvement.
Skills
- Troubleshooting and use of test equipment.
- Experience in quality inspections, especially in the automotive or aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis software.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience in quality control, quality assurance, and electronics.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality control or assurance in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in using inspection and testing equipment (calipers, micrometers, multimeters).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Schedule
- Initial 1-2 months on 1st shift, transitioning to 2nd shift.
- Flexibility to work mandatory overtime and Saturdays required.
Work Environment
This fully onsite position in Garden Grove, CA, requires physical fitness and experience working on large vehicle structures.
Pay
$25.00 - $32.00/hr.
