About the role
Oversees test plan execution, ensuring alignment with project/program goals and resolving blockers and risks impacting timelines. Validates that data aligns to the overall test strategy, including System/Business End to End testing. Provides support to Quality Engineers and Manager for issues related to test data creation, acquisition, and provisioning.
Reviews post-production validation plan and collaborates with business partners to evaluate outcomes, ensuring results are strategically integrated into future test plans. Reviews all planned changes, ensuring testing has been completed to meet test strategy requirements and that team leaders have completed all required documentation. Identifies and develops mitigations, trends, and process improvements, communicating them to the Quality Engineer Director.
Manages Quality Engineer staffing needs and provides strategic input on resource requirements during annual planning to ensure organizational alignment. Fosters professional development and skills enhancement for all direct reports, including engineers and managers.

Requirements
- Typically requires a university/college degree; higher-level education (e.g., Masters, PhD) or certifications is desirable.
- Industry experience of 8+ years, with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay
Base Salary: $123,200.00 – $228,800.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
