The Genba-AMQE (Advanced Manufacturing Quality Engineer) is responsible for leading customer-focused quality assurance activities that support manufacturing readiness, product launches, production performance, and continuous quality improvement across all Yazaki manufacturing facilities. This role acts as a key liaison between the Business Unit Quality team, manufacturing plants, engineering teams, and customers to ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal quality standards, and launch readiness expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer-focused quality assurance activities to support manufacturing readiness and product launches.
- Drive continuous quality improvement in production performance across all manufacturing facilities.
- Act as a liaison between Business Unit Quality, manufacturing plants, engineering teams, and customers.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal quality standards, and launch readiness expectations.
