Manufacturing company in the Scranton, PA area hiring two Quality Engineers to strengthen quality control and support continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Knowledge of quality standards such as HARA, ISO, and BRCGS
- Proficiency in Excel, statistical software, and quality reporting tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Apply statistical process control methods to improve process performance
- Support calibration and measurement system activities
- Conduct capability analyses
- Review quality documentation for product release
- Participate in audits and root cause investigations
- Monitor key control points
- Help train staff on quality practices
Pay
$80,000 to $90,000 a year plus 10% bonus
