Key Outcomes

• Develop and implement manufacturing quality strategies
• Lead PFMEA and failure analysis activities
• Analyze production and test station data
• Drive DOE and validation activities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience supporting electromechanical hardware testing or manufacturing quality environments
• Experience with PFMEA, Gage R&R, DOE, and statistical analysis methodologies
• Familiarity with PCBA testing, sensor validation, actuator testing, calibration workflows, or end-of-line manufacturing test systems

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with scalable manufacturing test systems across multiple production sites
• Exposure to startup or fast-paced hardware development environments
• Strong technical documentation and process development capability

Compensation Range

$90,000 - $150,000 per year
