Key Outcomes
- Develop and implement manufacturing quality strategies
- Lead PFMEA and failure analysis activities
- Analyze production and test station data
- Drive DOE and validation activities
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting electromechanical hardware testing or manufacturing quality environments
- Experience with PFMEA, Gage R&R, DOE, and statistical analysis methodologies
- Familiarity with PCBA testing, sensor validation, actuator testing, calibration workflows, or end-of-line manufacturing test systems
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with scalable manufacturing test systems across multiple production sites
- Exposure to startup or fast-paced hardware development environments
- Strong technical documentation and process development capability

Compensation Range
$90,000 - $150,000 per year
