Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes
- Conduct inspections and tests
- Analyze data for trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes
- Drive improvement initiatives
- Review technical specifications
- Manage inspection plans and reports
- Coordinate supplier quality issues
- Participate in supplier qualifications and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC/inspection experience
- Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ASME, AWS)
- Experience with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, structural steel, piping, and supplier management
Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Preferred Experience & Certifications
- Advanced engineering degrees
- Six Sigma
- AWS CWI certification
- Experience in Oil/Gas, Chemical, or Power Plant projects
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
