Quality Engineer Co-op Fall 2026

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid the quality team in performing routine tests to ensure products meet specifications and are approved for shipment and filling.
• Manage the retention room, including filing and disposal of materials.
• Maintain 5S standards in the QC lab and retention room.
• Engage in product quality projects, conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent customer complaints and reduce internal rework.
• Lead small quality improvement initiatives by conducting tests, collecting data, and analyzing results.

Education And Experience

• High School diploma required.
• Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in good academic standing, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical focus preferred).
