Quality Engineer CAPA & CI

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing corrective actions plans (CAPAs) and continuous improvement initiatives (CI) to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CAPA and CI plans to address non-conformities and improve processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and present CAPA and CI reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to CAPA and CI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality engineering or related role.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and FDA regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CAPA and CI methodologies.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
