You support our team as Quality Engineer Responsibilities Lead plant quality activities and support APQP and new product launches.Develop and maintain Control Plans, work instructions, and quality documentation.Prepare and coordinate PPAP submissions.Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.Partner with suppliers, customers, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve quality issues.Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone methodologies.Drive continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent education and experience.3+ years of automotive Quality Engineering experience.Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC.Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to be on-site in Morganfield, KY 5 days per week.
