Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external regulators. Candidates must demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets is a plus. Responsibilities As a Compliance Analyst at Coinbase, your core responsibilities will include conducting ongoing monitoring of transactions to identify suspicious activities and potential violations of compliance policies. You will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and procedures aligned with regulatory standards. Conduct thorough investigations into compliance issues and prepare detailed reports for internal review and regulatory submission. Support internal audits and facilitate external examinations as needed.
