Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational, inventory, and quality data including mispicks, claims, corrective action requests, audit findings, downtime, reservations, and non-conformance trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present Quality Management Reviews, inventory meeting presentations, month-end reporting, API data reports, finance reports, and other leadership reporting.
- Lead structured root cause investigations utilizing methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone, A3, and 8D.
- Validate root causes using data and operational observations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues and improve process performance.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and performance through reservations, cycle counts, row audits, drop point reviews, and related scorecards.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and financial issues exceeding established thresholds.
- Cook up operational requests and issue resolution activities across departments and shifts.
- Support ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements, including audits, change management activities, and document control processes.
- Participate in internal audits and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Aid in corrective action tracking and compliance reporting.
- Partner with operations, inventory, finance, and customer-facing teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that reduce risk, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable reporting tools and accountability measures that support long-term operational performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Operations Management, or related discipline.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, quality assurance, process improvement, supply chain, warehouse operations, or related analytical roles.
- Skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis, and chart creation; experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions; experience working with inventory systems, cycle count programs, and warehouse operations; advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query and data modeling; experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, A3, 8D, or other continuous improvement methodologies; familiarity with WMS, ERP systems, and data extraction/reporting tools; ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Work Environment
- Fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse environment.
- Frequent interaction with warehouse operations, inventory control, quality teams, and leadership.
- Combination of office-based analytical work and warehouse floor support.
- Exposure to warehouse equipment, inventory storage areas, and varying operational conditions.
- Occasional schedule flexibility required to support investigations, audits, and operational needs across shifts.
Days and Shift Information
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Schedule may vary based on operational needs, customer requirements, inventory activities, audits, investigations, and support for alternate shifts as needed.
