About the role
You are responsible for the evaluation and compliance of processes, products, and services within the Quality Management System (AS9120/ISO 9001). This includes overseeing supplier performance, contract compliance, and the internal audit program.
Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance to the AS9120B/ISO 9001 certification by executing internal audits in accordance with QMS scheduling.
- Maintain schedule, execution, and reporting of all aspects of the internal audit program.
- Perform solicitation and contract reviews to identify and report on all quality requirements. Extract requirements from each contract and enter data into the E1 System.
- Maintain and execute Discrepancy Report processing, ensuring DR review includes trends in product, supplier, and SupplyCore nonconformance, including the corrective action system.
- Maintain the Recall system (GIDEP), Qualified Supplier Listing, and Joint Certification Program in accordance with respective work instructions.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Travel may be required based on audit location (less than 15%).
Requirements
- Higher education or 4 years of QA equivalent work experience. Green Belt certification preferred.
- May include military personnel with relevant training or experience in lieu of civilian experience.
- Self-driven and proactive; takes initiative to resolve challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong team-building qualities, collaborating with internal departments of varying expertise.
- Forward-thinking individual who uses critical thinking to improve processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Must be a U.S. citizen or hold permanent residency (green card).

Pay
$68,000 - $98,000 per year.
