Responsibilities

• Conducting measurement systems analysis;
• Gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data;
• Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation;
• Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits;
• Following up on response of corrective action from audit;
• Interacting with manufacturing team members to determine root cause of quality issues and ensuring that corrective and preventive action is implemented;
• Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product;
• Recommending modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality.

• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Knowledge of the concepts, principles and techniques of root cause analysis (RCA); ability to use a structured approach to identify the causes of undesirable consequences in a manufacturing environment and the changes needed to prevent recurrences.

Pay

Pay Range: $89,210.00 - $133,810.00

Schedule

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
