Quality Engineer

Role Overview: Market Quality (MQ) engineers support departmental performance by analyzing warranty failures, conducting tests to replicate issues, and identifying root causes related to design, manufacturing, or service influences. Key Responsibilities Analyze failed warranty parts and perform testing to recreate failures and determine causes.Investigate defects, document findings, and present reports to management.Coordinate with suppliers, design, and service teams to support problem resolution.Collaborate with departments and suppliers to contain problems and facilitate solutions.Support cost recovery efforts through warranty data analysis. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical engineering, or related field.0-6 years of relevant experience.Strong analytical skills to investigate technical issues and identify root causes. Working Conditions: Combines office work with remote work (~20%), requires local travel between facilities, occasional travel within North America, and hands-on vehicle testing, including potential overtime and on-site lab work.
