Quality Engineer for a leading automotive manufacturing company near Comer, GA. This role is responsible to support production quality activities within an automotive plastic injection molding environment. Responsibilities

• Maintain the Quality Management System.
• Create Quality Alerts for recurring or critical quality issues.
• Support production quality activities within an automotive plastic injection molding environment.
• Participate in development and review of APQP documents, PFMEA, and Control Plans for pre-series and series production.
• Lead and participate in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D corrective action activities.
• Investigate quality concerns and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred).
• 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience within a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment.

Pay

$80,000 - 90,000 per year
