- Root Cause & CAPA: Lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D, FMEA) to investigate defects and prevent their recurrence.
- Process Improvement: Analyze defects and test data to identify systemic manufacturing flaws and implement engineering changes to optimize product efficiency and reduce waste.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer teams to ensure quality is built into the product at every stage.
- Auditing & Compliance: Plan and conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring raw materials and finished assemblies comply with technical blueprints and specifications.
- Electrical Testing & Data Analysis: Design experiments and manage sampling and testing plans using statistical process control (SPC) to verify compliance prior to customer delivery.
