Quality Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards through the application of engineering, statistical, and analytical methodologies. This role supports and strengthens the Quality Management System (QMS), leads structured root cause investigations, monitors and analyzes key quality performance metrics, and drives corrective and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Supports and strengthens the Quality Management System (QMS)

• Makes sure key quality performance metrics are monitored and analyzed
• Drives corrective and preventive actions
• Pairs closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customers to improve process capability, reduce nonconformances, and promote a culture of quality and operational excellence
