We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement and driving high-quality manufacturing processes. What You’ll Do Drive process and product quality improvements across manufacturingAnalyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsSupport and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet customer requirementsLead investigations into non-conformances, warranty trends, and customer complaintsTrack and report quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in engineering3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong problem-solving skills (Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis)Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systemsAbility to work cross-functionally and lead improvement effortsHVAC/R experience is a plus Why Munters?
