Quality Engineer

This Quality Assurance Engineer I role serves as the primary quality resource supporting manufacturing operations in a high-volume, high-mix production environment. Backed by a larger industry-leading organization, they offer the stability of an established business combined with the growth opportunities of an expanding operation.DescriptionServe as the primary Quality Assurance resource supporting manufacturing and production operations.Lead investigations involving non-conforming materials, corrective actions (CAPA), and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.Drive product quality improvements through data analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.Partner with Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and Customer Service to ensure customer quality requirements are met.Develop, maintain, and improve quality systems, procedures, and manufacturing processes.Provide direct support to production teams while overseeing inspection activities and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
