Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to meet AS9100 standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality
• Perform first article inspections and provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement quality assurance testing methods and procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control and assurance procedures
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within the manufacturing industry
• Experience with AS9100 standards
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering processes
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools

Pay

$95,000 - $110,000 per year
