Quality Engineer

Position Overview

Support a major Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gage R&R) initiative as part of a comprehensive medical device quality integration project.
Perform dimensional inspections, measurement system analysis, and first article inspections.
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to validate inspection processes.
Utilize precision measurement tools and statistical software to analyze measurement system performance.
Independently execute assigned Gage R&R activities, collaborating with the quality team to improve measurement systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Quality Engineering or Quality Inspection experience.
• Hands-on experience performing Gage R&R studies and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Experience performing first article inspections and dimensional inspections.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T.
• Strong understanding of statistical principles (using software like Minitab, Excel, or similar).
