Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Measure/monitor assembly processes through first pass yield to drive continuous process improvement
- Develop and implement robust corrective actions for field related concerns
- Support Mfg. Engineering teams in the development of new process and test equipment
- Practice the use of quality tools: 8D problem solving, Six Sigma, FMEA, control plans and SPC
- Manage the day to day of Quality Technicians, Lead training on Quality related subject matter
- Perform other Quality related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred
- Knowledge/use of quality tools such as: 8D problem solving, Control Plans, and SPC
- Technical aptitude in electronics assembly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, at all levels of an organization

Work Conditions
- Work in an office environment and routinely on the Manufacturing Plant production lines
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
- Work hours are primarily on first shift and are based on Plant Production needs
