Quality Engineer

Our client is seeking an early-career Quality Engineer to lead the improvement of manufacturing processes and ensure the production of high-quality products. This hands-on role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize statistical tools and quality engineering methods to improve process quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Support the plant’s continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Communicate directly with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns quickly and effectively.
• Develop and implement inspection methods and procedures for products.
• Spend significant time on the production floor working with team members to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (other engineering degrees considered on a case-by-case basis).
• 0-3 years of quality engineering or manufacturing experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• No VISA sponsorship will be considered.

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000 per year.
