Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will support the production of high-quality, compliant products through data-driven quality metrics, proactive customer engagement, and strong problem resolution. Responsibilities Support proposal and contract review activitiesEvaluate and incorporate customer flow-down requirements to ensure alignment with internal manufacturing processes and hardwareEstablish and monitor product and process KPIs, and implement mitigation actions for negative trendsFacilitate Material Review Board (MRB) and Failure Review Board (FRB) meetingsPublish periodic customer program quality status reportsGenerate First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102 requirementsServe as the primary quality point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Business, or a related fieldExperience working within an AS9100 Quality Management SystemProficiency in drawing interpretation, including GD&T principlesA quality assurance-first mindset (prevention over inspection)Proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple prioritiesDependable, with an excellent attendance recordCollaborative team player who works effectively with other departments and customersUS Citizenship is required
