About the role
Join our dynamic team of Quality Engineers at Bastion Technologies. We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans and procedures
- Execute and analyze test results to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
- Document testing activities and results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with Agile development processes
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of software testing frameworks and tools
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
