Quality Engineer
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes description (position summary), essential job functions (responsibilities), requirements (skill requirements/qualifications), work environment, physical demands, safety and policy practices, salary description. No explicit benefits, schedule. So we can have sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (essential job functions), Requirements (maybe combine skill requirements/qualifications), Work Environment (maybe include physical demands, safety). But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to use some of them. We have content for About the role (position summary). Responsibilities (essential job functions). Requirements (skill requirements/qualifications). Qualifications maybe same as requirements? Could separate but we have both skill requirements and qualifications. Could combine into Requirements and Qualifications? Might be redundant. Better to have Requirements (skill requirements) and Qualifications (education/experience). But the posting has "Skill Requirements/Qualifications" heading with both. Could split: Requirements: skill requirements; Qualifications: education/experience. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine into one Requirements section covering both skill and qualifications. But we have separate headings allowed; we can choose to include Requirements and Qualifications if we have distinct content. Let's see: The posting includes: "Skill Requirements/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and at least 8 years of Quality Engineering experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments. Expert knowledge of AS9100D and AS9102 requirements. Demonstrated experience with MRB, CAPA, RCA, FAIRs, customer audits and supplier quality. Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings. Experience leading cross-functional root cause investigations. Proficiency with SPC, MSA, process validation, and risk management techniques. U.S. aerospace manufacturing experience preferred."
That's a mix of education/experience and skills. Could split: Requirements: education/experience (Bachelor's degree... 8 years). Qualifications: skill requirements (expert knowledge, etc). But the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to have two sections if they are substantive. Let's decide: We'll have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (skill requirements), Work Environment (including physical demands, safety). Pay section (salary description). No Benefits, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No metadata like Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, safety policy, etc? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove the Affirmative Action/EEO paragraph, also the note about job description not inclusive, etc. Also remove "Safety And Policy Practices" maybe considered boilerplate? It's about safety policies; but it's substantive? It's about safety policies; could be considered part of Work Environment. However it's somewhat generic; but we might keep some safety info as part of Work Environment. The instruction says remove legal/EEO boilerplate. Safety policy might be considered boilerplate but it's about safety policies; but we can keep if it's specific to the role (PPE, hazardous waste). It's somewhat generic but maybe keep as part of Work Environment.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details: position summary, essential job functions list, skill requirements/qualifications, work environment details (PPE, ambient temps, airborne powders, physical demands), salary range.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and at least 8 years of Quality Engineering experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of AS9100D and AS9102 requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with MRB, CAPA, RCA, FAIRs, customer audits and supplier quality.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
- Experience leading cross‑functional root cause investigations.

Work Environment
The performance of this position will require exposure to the manufacturing areas where all areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, and other mandatory safety equipment. For the most part, ambient temperatures are climate controlled due to production requirements. This role regularly operates in a manufacturing environment with exposure to airborne powders and particulates. The ability to work in such conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation, is an essential function of the position.
Physical Demands
Ability to accomplish the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the production floor. Primarily works in a combination of office and manufacturing environments. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds. May be required to bend, stoop, reach, and use hands to handle equipment or components. Ability to work near manufacturing equipment, including exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures. Reaching above shoulder height, below the waist, or lifting as required to reach documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. Frequent use of hands and fingers is required for typing, data entry, and operating standard office equipment. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and protective footwear.
Pay
$75,000 to $92,000
We should not include Benefits or Schedule sections.
Check for any duplicated lines: we have some repeated sentences like "Exercise independent judgment in evaluating data, processes, and compliance risks." appears twice in responsibilities; we kept both? Actually appears in essential job functions list twice: once near "Exercise independent judgment in evaluating data, processes, and compliance risks." and later again "Exercising independent judgment in evaluating data, processes, and compliance risks." We should keep only one occurrence to avoid duplication. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate. Let's review responsibilities list: I see two similar items. We'll keep one.
Also "Support the Quality leadership team in ensuring compliance with applicable standards, including AS9100D, ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949, and customer-specific requirements." appears once.
Also "Work alongside current inspection staff to provide guidance & training on inspection practice and improvements." appears once.
We also have "Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and make recommendations that impact product quality and business operations." appears once.
We also have "Maintain a safe work environment." and "Promote a positive work environment." both separate; keep.
Now ensure we didn't inadvertently duplicate any other.
Now check for any boilerplate removed: We removed the Affirmative Action/EEO paragraph, the note about job description not inclusive, the "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." etc. Also removed "Safety And Policy Practices" heading? We kept safety info in Work Environment and Physical Demands. The original had a "Safety And Policy Practices" paragraph about hazardous waste disposal etc. We removed that as boilerplate. Good.
Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The original also had "Each employee must be knowledgeable of standard safety policies and procedures and adhere to the same while supporting the goals and objectives of the organization and recognizing the Company’s need to achieve its business objectives." That's generic safety policy; we removed as boilerplate. Also "Each employee is responsible for complying with company hazardous waste disposal procedures." removed.
Now check if any content about "Work Environment" includes "The performance of this position will require exposure to the manufacturing areas where all areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, and other mandatory safety equipment.
