Quality Engineer

We're partnering with an innovative advanced manufacturing company seeking a Quality Engineer to support production, drive continuous improvement, and solve complex quality challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, collaborating cross-functionally, and leading root cause investigations.
Responsibilities
- Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions
- Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements
- Support inspections, testing, validation, and calibration programs
- Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Partner with engineering, operations, and customers to resolve quality concerns
- Train production teams on quality procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Root Cause Analysis experience (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)
- Experience with audits, process validation, and quality systems
- Hands-on problem solver who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Engineering degree preferred
Pay
$40.87 - $48.08/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
