Quality Engineer

We're partnering with an innovative advanced manufacturing company seeking a Quality Engineer to support production, drive continuous improvement, and solve complex quality challenges. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, collaborating cross-functionally, and leading root cause investigations. What you'll be doing: ✅ Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions ✅ Perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements ✅ Support inspections, testing, validation, and calibration programs ✅ Conduct process audits and ensure compliance with quality standards ✅ Partner with engineering, operations, and customers to resolve quality concerns ✅ Train production teams on quality procedures and best practices What we're looking for: ✔ Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment ✔ Root Cause Analysis experience (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.) ✔ Experience with audits, process validation, and quality systems ✔ Hands-on problem solver who enjoys working cross-functionally ✔ Engineering degree preferred Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
