Quality Engineer Asc Mgr

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process within the engineering department at Lockheed Martin. Ensures all projects meet high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the quality assurance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or engineering management.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
