Quality Document Administrator*
The Role
As a Quality Document Administrator, you will tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. You will examine documents such as drawings, change orders, purchase orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data. You will confer with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compile required changes to documents. You will manage the document control system, prepare reports and memorandums, and prepare Certificate of Conformance and Certificate of Analysis. Additionally, you will manage the compilation of data packages, track production components, and monitor Work in Progress.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Two (2) years of document management experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Experience in one or more of the following: defense/aerospace industry, Aerospace Standards (AS9100), International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
- Experience in report writing
- Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database, Outlook
- Prior experience working and building relationships with internal/external customers
- Effective verbal and written communications with all levels of personnel

Compensation
The expected compensation range for this position is $50,913 - $62,227, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
