Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of quality strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring the highest standards in a personal care/cosmetics manufacturing environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Work directly with the FDA and other regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations within the industry.
• Audit Expertise: Conduct and oversee internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions to continuously improve quality systems.
• Customer Quality Interactions: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and fostering strong client relationships.
• Problem-Solving Expertise: Identify opportunities for improvement within production and quality processes, implementing impactful solutions to elevate industry-leading quality standards.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless execution of quality processes, including product testing, documentation, and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to instill a quality-first mindset across all operations, driving a shared commitment to excellence.
