About the role
The Quality Data Abstractor is an opportunity at MultiCare, participating in the planning, coordinating and collecting of clinical process and outcome data. In this role, you will work in collaboration with program leadership in the collection of program-specific data.
FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day
Responsibilities
- Collect and coordinate processes, outcome, and data variances
- Accurately enter data into the appropriate database
- Assure completeness and accuracy of all data
- Maintain current knowledge of abstraction requirements per agency guidelines
Requirements
- Registered Health Information Technologist or equivalent clinical experience is required
- Recent medical record abstraction preferred

Pay
The pay scale is $59,092.80 - $85,051.20 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
