We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the job description. Key content: - Intro paragraph: "At TriHealth, you'll be part of an award-winning healthcare system committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving community health. We invest in our team members through professional development, advanced training opportunities, and supportive leadership. Whether you're beginning your career or bringing years of experience, you'll find a purpose-driven culture where your contributions are valued and your growth is encouraged." - Location: "Location: Bethesda North Hospital at 10500 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242" - Work Schedule: "Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly)DaysNo weekends, no holidays" - Incentives & Benefits: "We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement. For more information, please visit our benefits page: https://careers.trihealth.com/what-we-offer/benefits" - Job Requirements: bullet list? It's a paragraph: "Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or other related field. (Required)3 - 4 years Clinical experience in Nursing in the specialty area of patient care relevant to the assignment and/or other extensive clinical, medical surgical or critical care experience. (Required) 2 - 3 years’ Experience in data analysis and reporting. (Preferred)Knowledge in the field of specialty area of patient care relevant to the assignment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Knowledge in quality improvement processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills.Registered Nurse Required" - Job Overview: paragraph. - Job Responsibilities: list of responsibilities (multiple sentences). Could be turned into

    • . - Working Conditions: list of activities with frequencies. Could be turned into
      • . - TriHealth SERVE Standards and ALWAYS Behaviors: list of standards (Serve, Excel, Respect, Value, Engage) each with bullet points. Could be turned into
        • . - About Us: paragraph. We need to decide sections. We have content for: - About the role (maybe combine intro + location + schedule? Could be "About the role"). - Responsibilities (list of duties). - Requirements (education, experience, etc.) - Qualifications? Might overlap with Requirements. Could combine. - Skills (maybe list of skills like Microsoft Office, communication, etc.) - Benefits (benefits package) - Schedule (work schedule) - Pay? Not mentioned, so omit. We need to avoid filler sections. We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to use

for section headings. We need to use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We need to use

for prose. We need to drop duplicated lines, boilerplate. We need to not repeat job title. We need to not include Job ID. We need to not include application instructions. We need to not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content. First, intro paragraph: "At TriHealth, you'll be part of an award-winning healthcare system committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving community health. We invest in our team members through professional development, advanced training opportunities, and supportive leadership. Whether you're beginning your career or bringing years of experience, you'll find a purpose-driven culture where your contributions are valued and your growth is encouraged." Location: "Location: Bethesda North Hospital at 10500 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242" Work Schedule: "Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly)DaysNo weekends, no holidays" We could combine location and schedule under "About the role" or separate sections? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have "About the role" covering intro, location, schedule. But we also have Benefits and Schedule separate maybe. But schedule is part of About the role? Could be separate Schedule section if we have real content. The posting states schedule: Full-Time (80 hours bi-weekly) DaysNo weekends, no holidays. That's specific. So we could have a Schedule section. Benefits: we have specific benefits. Thus sections: About the role (intro + location?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. But we need to avoid duplication: Requirements includes education, experience, etc. Skills could be separate list of skills (Microsoft Office, communication, quality improvement). However the Requirements already includes those skills. Might be better to combine Requirements and Skills into one section "Requirements" covering education, experience, skills. But the instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include. We could have Requirements and Skills separate if we have distinct content. But we risk thin sections. Let's see if we can split meaningfully. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or other related field. (Required) 3 - 4 years Clinical experience in Nursing in the specialty area of patient care relevant to the assignment and/or other extensive clinical, medical surgical or critical care experience. (Required) 2 - 3 years’ Experience in data analysis and reporting. (Preferred) Registered Nurse Required. Skills: Knowledge in the field of specialty area of patient care relevant to the assignment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Knowledge in quality improvement processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. These could be separate but both are substantive. However they are somewhat overlapping. Could combine into Requirements and Skills sections each with list. We also have Job Overview paragraph (could be part of About the role or separate "About the role"). We have Working Conditions list (could be part of Responsibilities or separate section? Not a standard heading but could be included under Responsibilities or maybe a separate "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map Working Conditions into Responsibilities maybe. TriHealth SERVE Standards and ALWAYS Behaviors: could be part of Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "About the role" but not standard. Could be included under Responsibilities as part of duties? It's more about behaviors. Could be placed under Responsibilities as a list. About Us paragraph: could be part of About the role or separate "About the role". Might be okay to include in About the role. Thus we can have sections: - About the role (intro + location + job overview + about us) - Responsibilities (list of duties + working conditions + SERVE standards) - Requirements (education, experience, RN required) - Skills (knowledge, MS Office, quality improvement, communication) - Benefits (benefits package) - Schedule (work schedule) We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. All have real content. Now we need to format. Use

for each section heading. Inside each section, we need to use

            for prose, and

            • for any list. Thus:

              About the role

At TriHealth, you'll be part of an award-winning healthcare system committed to delivering exceptional patient care and improving community health. We invest in our team members through professional development, advanced training opportunities, and supportive leadership. Whether you're beginning your career or bringing years of experience, you'll find a purpose-driven culture where your contributions are valued and your growth is encouraged.
