Quality Coordinator I*

About the role

3M is seeking a Quality Coordinator I for its Indianapolis, Indiana location. This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.

Responsibilities

• Conduct receiving inspections for incoming parts and materials for production release
• Conduct product testing evaluation and release for production material
• Creation of certification documents for outbound material shipments
• Conduct product and dock audits when assigned
• Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical conduct while completing all responsibilities and assignments

Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Minimum three (3) years manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge
• 1 year of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• SAP Experience

Pay

Starting Rate: $27.63 per hour. Full-time – 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:30pm).
