Quality Coordinator

This position provides essential organizational oversight of coordinated efforts for Quality Assurance initiatives supporting AS9100, Nadcap, and the Material Test Lab.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate internal audits per AS9100 schedule
- Support/Chair Corrective Action Board under the leadership of the Director of Quality Assurance
- Manage Business System document revisions and additions in the Quality Management System database
- Provide oversight and routine approval of testing cycles performed by Operations (SAT)
- Perform Calibration Certification of Compliance review and approval per PO requirements
- Scan Work Orders to support archive initiatives
- Perform FOD audits in support of Quality Objectives
- Perform Work Order audits in a production work environment
- Support Material Test Lab daily test sample pick up and results distribution
- Support 3rd Party audits as required by the Director of Quality Assurance
Requirements
- Strong computer skills, with knowledge of full Microsoft Office suite required
- Database management a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
- Experience in an office environment preferred
- Reports to the Quality Assurance Director
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Good people skills, good listener

Due to the nature of our work and applicable U.S. export control laws, this position requires International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) eligibility.
