Roush Yates Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a weekend shift (Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch).

Responsibilities

  • Validate precision-machined components, supporting production excellence and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections using manual, visual, and attribute methods.
  • Generate Non-Conformance reports to communicate findings to relevant parties.
  • Operate and program critical equipment like CMM, Vision systems, and Formtracers.
  • Perform data reviews on collected DCC data and pull relevant defect tracking and dimensional reports from the database.
  • Collaborate with the team to address quality issues and develop effective inspection procedures.
  • Ensure all gauges used in the inspection process are properly verified, maintained, and calibrated.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in Quality Control.
  • 3 years of CMM programming experience using PC-Dmis or Calypso.
  • Familiarity with common inspection methods, PPAPs, and FAIRs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Certificate, Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience in manufacturing or a related technical field.
  • In-depth understanding of GD&T.
  • Working knowledge of different types of gaging and measurement methods.
  • Working knowledge of ISO and Calibration requirements.
  • For ITAR compliance, must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Schedule

Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch break).
